体外磁场盆底神经强化治疗经尿道前列腺电切术后尿失禁

摘    要:目的:探讨体外磁场盆底神经强化治疗经尿道前列腺电切术后尿失禁的疗效及可行性。方法:对9例经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)后尿失禁的患者,采用美国Neotonus公司生产的磁场神经强化治疗椅行体外磁场盆底神经强化治疗,并进行随访。结果:9例患者在完成1个疗程的治疗后均收到了较满意的治疗效果,其中6例漏尿完全消失(66.7%),其余3例(33.3%)漏尿次数明显减少,每天用尿垫不多于1块。结论:体外磁场盆底神经强化是一种理想的治疗轻、中度TURP术后尿失禁的非侵入性方法.并具有无痛、患者易接受、副作用少等优点。

Abstract:Objective:To determine the efficacy and feasibility of extracorporeal magnetic innervation in the treatment of urinary incontinence after transurethral prostatectomy. Methods: Follow-up studies were made on 9 patients with urinary incontinence after transurethral prostatectomy, which were treated by a special magnetic chair produced by Neotonus Inc, American. Results:Satisfactory results were achieved in all the cases, 6 cases had no leakage of urine after one course of treatment, and the rest 3 cases used less than 1 pad per day. Conclusions: Extracorporeal magnetic innervation therapy was a new effective therapic means for urinary incontinence after transurethral prostatectomy, it is painless, has no need for a probe, no need to undress during the treatment and has less adverse effects.
