硫酸吗啡控释片治疗856例癌症疼痛临床研究

目的评价癌症疼痛患者应用硫酸吗啡控释片后的治疗效果及安全性。方法采用自身对照开放性临床试验,比较856例晚期癌症疼痛患者应用硫酸吗啡控释片治疗前、后的镇痛效果、生活质量及不良反应情况。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后疼痛程度降低(P<0.01),治疗30天疼痛缓解总有效率91.60%。治疗15天和30天后生活质量差的患者从治疗前的91.2%分别降至53.6%和43.2%(P<0.01)。治疗中不良反应发生率随治疗时间延长而逐渐降低。结论硫酸吗啡控释片治疗癌症疼痛安全、有效,其常用剂量≤120mg/天。

MS Contin for Cancerous Pain: Clinical Research on 856 Cases

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy and safety of MS Contin for patients with cancerous pain. METHODS:To control open clinical test was performed on 856 patients with terminal cancer,the analgesia effects,life quality and adverse reactions in these patients were compared before and after treatment with MS Contin.RESULTS:In the efficacy analysis,MS Contin lowered the pain degree(P<0.01),as compared with before treatment;with a total effective rate of easement of pain at 91.6% after 30 days of treatment.15 days and 30 days,respectively after treatment,percentages of patients with poor life quality reduced to 53.6% and 43.2%,respectively(P<0.01) from 91.2% of pretherapy.The incidence of adverse reactions reduced gradually with the extending of time of therapy.CONCLUSION:MS Contin is safe and effective for patients with cancerous pain,with its commonly used dosage at no more than 120mg per day.
