| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨卵巢癌肉瘤的MR表现特点及其诊断价值.方法 回顾性分析了5例卵巢癌肉瘤的临床资料及MR表现,对其影像表现和病理学检查结果进行对照.结果 5例均表现为巨大团块状异常信号,平扫T1WI为均匀或不均匀低信号,T2WI为不均匀稍高信号或高低混杂信号,部分可见出血坏死.增强扫描后均表现为不均匀显著强化呈片絮状或条状.2例侵犯大网膜、乙状结肠、子宫体后壁,伴肿大淋巴结.5例均合并盆腔积液,1例合并盆腔积血.结论 MRI可对卵巢癌肉瘤的诊断和临床分期提供重要参考.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) characteristics of ovarian carcinosarcoma and the diagnostic value of MRI. Methods The MRI features of ovarian carcinosarcoma and clinical data of 5 patients with ovarian carcinosarcoma were reviewed. All the lesions were confirmed by surgery and pathological examination.
