| 摘 要： | 目的 分析中耳乳突手术治疗骨导听力下降的分泌性中耳炎的疗效.方法 回顾性分析了2001年至2008年资料完整的26例(43耳)分泌性中耳炎,其中伴骨导听力下降为32耳,均行中耳乳突根治及鼓膜置管术,术后给予药物治疗.结果 术后患耳听力改善明显,气导言语平均纯音听阈约为25dB,骨导言语平均纯音听阈约为15dB.术后随访1～2年听力无明显改变,拔出鼓膜通气管,中耳腔未见鼓室积液.结论 长期反复发作的分泌性中耳炎同骨导听阈提高有直接的联系,中耳乳突手术治疗可以明显提高患耳听力,对防止病情复发有积极的作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of mastoid surgery for secretory otitis media with mixed hearing loss. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted of the data from 26 cases (43 ears) of secretory otitis media with bone conduction hearing loss collected from 2001 to 2008.
