| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨儿童重型β-地中海贫血(重型地贫)异基因造血干细胞移植(allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,Allo-HSCT)后出血性膀胱炎(HC)的影响因素.方法 对我院儿科造血干细胞移植中心2008年12月～2009年11月儿童重型地贫Allo-HSCT 33例病例,进行回顾性分析.结果 HC发病率为24.24%(8/33),其中Ⅰ度1例,Ⅱ度6例,Ⅲ度1例.HC的中位时间为22.9(6～35)d,持续的中位时间为11.9(3～27)d.年龄影响HC的发病率(P=0.042,P<0.05);年龄≥6岁的儿童发病率明显高于年龄<6岁儿童.结论 儿童重型地贫Allo-HSCT,年龄是HC的主要影响因素.
