| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨跖背动脉远端穿支蒂链型供血皮瓣修复足远端创面的可行性.方法 2004年1月～2009年4月,30例足远端创面采用跖背动脉远端穿支蒂链型供血皮瓣修复,男25例,女5例,年龄17～55岁.第1、2跖背动脉远端穿支蒂链型供血皮瓣17例,第3、4跖背动脉远端穿支蒂链型供血皮瓣13例.皮瓣大小为4 cm×4 cm～8 cm×7 cm.皮瓣蒂长3～6 cm.皮瓣供区植皮.结果 29例皮瓣完全成活,1例远端2 cm×1 cm坏死,21例获随访,平均11个月.皮瓣色泽、质地、外形良好,皮瓣、供区无溃疡发生.结论 跖背动脉远端穿支蒂链型供血皮瓣可修复足远端创面,手术方法简单、适用、可靠.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the feasibility of repairing the wounds in the distal feet with dorsal metatarsal artery distal perforator pedicle link-pattern flaps. Methods Since January of 2004 to April of 2009, 30 patients with distal wounds in the feet underwent surgical wound repaire using by dorsal metatarsal arteries distal perforator pedicle link-pattern flaps.
