| 摘 要： | 目的 观察不同月龄大鼠大脑运动皮质内GLUT3的表达规律.方法 用免疫组织化学染色方法测定不同月龄组(3、18、24、30月组)大鼠大脑运动皮质内GLUT3的表达情况.结果 大鼠大脑运动皮质内GLUT3的表达随月龄增加呈抛物线改变.由3月组至18月组,GLUT3的含量随月龄增加而增加(P<0.01);由18月组至30月,GLUT3的含量随月龄增加而减少(P〈0.01).结论 大鼠大脑运动皮质内GLUT3的表达随月龄增加呈抛物线改变,中年期以前呈增加趋势,中年期以后呈减弱趋势,提示GLUT3在神经系统发育成熟过程和神经系统衰老过程中发挥一定的作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the changes in the expression of glucose transporter-3 (GLUT3) in the cerebral cortex of rats during aging and investigate the role of GLUT3 in the aging process of the nervous system.
