雷奈酸锶对模拟失重雄性大鼠骨质疏松的防治作用

摘    要:目的 观察雷奈酸锶对模拟失重雄性大鼠质疏松的影响.方法 雄性SD大鼠27只,随机平均分为3组:A组为对照组,B组为尾吊模拟失重组,C组为悬吊模拟失重同时给以雷奈酸锶灌胃组.A和B组灌等量生理盐水,各组实验期均为28d.测骨代谢指标,右侧股骨的骨密度和骨矿盐含量,扫描电镜观察股骨颈超微结构.结果 B组大鼠血清碱性磷酸酶、骨密度、骨矿盐含量水平显著低于A组相应的指标(P<0.05),血钙、血磷无显著差异(P>0.05),组骨小梁表面胶原纤维排列杂乱,松散,可见骨吸收现象;C组大鼠上述生化及代谢指标显著性高于B组大鼠(P<0.05),C组大鼠骨小梁较B组数量增多,厚度增加,骨吸收减少.结论 雷奈酸锶能明显降低模拟失重大鼠股骨颈的骨丢失,增加骨形成,防治骨质疏松症.
