| 摘 要： | 目的 分析脑微出血(CMBs)的相关危险因素.方法 收集113例脑血管疾病病人,行头颅MRI检查、血生化检查.对CMBs进行分区、计数、分级.分析CMBs与心脑血管危险因素的相关性.结果 CMBs发生及分级与年龄、高血压病、糖尿病、腔隙性脑梗塞、舒张压、收缩压、HDL有相关性,P<0.05.Logistic回归分析显示CMBs发生糖尿病、高血压、腔隙性脑梗塞相关,P<0.05.CMBs不同区域的多发程度有统计学差异,P<0.05.结论 年龄、高血压病、糖尿病、腔隙性脑梗塞、舒张压、收缩压、HDL是CMBs的危险因素,其中糖尿病、高血压、腔隙性脑梗塞是显著危险因素.CMBs出现在皮层及皮层下区域的比例最高,其次是基底节区和丘脑,然后是小脑,比例最小的是脑干.
