摘    要:目的 研究人参皂甙Rg1对原代培养大鼠海马神经元放射性损伤的保护作用及机制,为放射性脑损伤的预防提供理论依据及新的方法.方法 30Gy的X射线单次照射培养至12d的海马神经元,用DAPI染核方法检测海马神经元凋亡情况,用NOS测定试剂盒测定细胞培养液NOS活性.结果 30Gy组在照射后24 h核固缩百分数为(25.3±3.57)%,较0Gy组(1.95%±0.78%)有显著性差异(P<0.01);30Gy+人参皂甙Rgl 20 mol/L组在照射后24 h核圆缩百分数为(7.43±1.51)%,较30Gy组(P<0.01)及0Gy组(P<0.01)均有显著性差异.30Gy组在照射后24 h细胞培养液NOS活性为(6.46±0.95)U/ml,较0Gy组(3.20±0.70)U/ml]有显著性差异(P<0.01),30Gy+人参皂甙Rgl 20 mol/L组在照射后24hNOS活性为(3.85±0.69)U/ml,较30Gy组(P<0.01)及0Gy组(P<0.05)均有显著性差异.结论 应用人参皂甙可以通过降低X线照射后NOS活性而显著减少神经元的凋亡. 核圆缩百分数为(7.43±1.51)%,较30Gy组 P<0.01)及0Gy组(P<0.01)均有显著性差异.30Gy组在照射后24 h细胞培养液NOS活性为(6.46±0.95)U/ml,较0Gy组(3.20±0.70)U/ml]有显著性差异(P<0.01),30Gy+人参皂甙Rgl 20 mol/L组在照射后24hNOS活性为(3.85±0.69)U/ml,较30Gy组(P<0.01)及0Gy组(P<0.05)均有显著性差异.结论 应用人参皂甙可以通过降

Abstract:Objective To study the protective effect of ginsenoside Rg1 on cultured rat hippocampal neurons against radiation injury and explore new therapies for preventing radiation encephalopathy.
