| Abstract: | The patient,27 aged,presented to our hospital with erythema,hyperkeratosis on palms and soles for 20 years;constricting fibrous bands on the digits and arthr-dysfunction for 12 years.His younger sister has similar symptom.The two siblings were diagnosed as keratoderma hereditarium mutilans. |
