纳米穴位敷贴防治化疗消化道反应临床研究

目的：观察纳米穴位敷贴预防化疗病人消化道反应的疗效。方法：将2011年1月—2012年6月在本科化疗120例患者随机分成为治疗组和对照组,两组均常规应用托烷司琼注射液5 mg,化疗前静脉滴注,每日1次,化疗当天使用。治疗组在化疗前3 d在双内关、双足三里、双天枢、中脘穴位给予纳米穴位敷贴,24 h更换1次。对照组不使用敷贴。比较两组病人消化道不良反应程度。结果：治疗组病人恶心呕吐、食欲下降等消化道反应程度明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：穴位敷贴方法对预防和治疗化疗药物引起消化道症状有明显的疗效,且能缓解止呕药物的便秘反应,降低患者经济负担。

Clinical Research of Nanometer Point Application Sticking Therapy on Digestive Tract Reactions after Chemotherapy

Objective ： To discuss the therapeutic effects of the point application sticking therapy on the digestive tract reaction after chemotherapy. Methods ： A total of 120 patients in the oncology department from January 2011 to June 2012 were randomized into two groups according to their admission sequences. The patients in the two groups were treated with intravenous injection of 5 nag of Tropisetron Hydro-chloride once a day before chemotherapy only.The patients in the treatment group were treated with point application combined with intravenous injection of 5 mg of Tropisetron Hydro-chloride once a day before chemotherapy. Neiguan （bilateral）, Zusanli （ both bilateral）, Tianshu （ both bilateral） and Zhongwan points were selected and replaced 24-hours till the end of the chemotherapy.The digestive tract reactions in the two groups were observed. Results ： There was significant difference of the digestive tract reactions between the two groups after the chemotherapy （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The point application sticking therapy contributed to reducing the digestive tract reactions, improving the patients＇ constipation and reducing the economic burden of the patients.
