自拟舒心汤联合胺碘酮治疗冠心病心律失常疗效观察

目的：探讨自拟舒心汤联合胺碘酮治疗冠心病（CAD）心律失常的疗效和用药安全性。方法：将90例冠心病心律失常患者随机分为2组：观察组47例采用自拟舒心汤合并胺碘酮治疗,对照组43例仅给予胺碘酮治疗。1个月为1个疗程,1个疗程后判定疗效,所有患者治疗前后均行心电图及24 h动态心电图检查,观察治疗效果和主要不良反应。结果：治疗1个月后,观察组显效32例,有效12例,无效3例,总有效率为93.6%,对照组显效23例,有效13例,无效7例,总有效率为83.7%,数据间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组患者治疗期间未见明显不良反应。结论：自拟舒心汤联合胺碘酮治疗冠心病心律失常疗效优于单用胺碘酮,其疗效满意,不良反应少,优于临床推广。

Self-made Shuxin Decoction Combined with Amiodarone in Treatment of Coronary Heart Arrhythmia

Objective： To investigate the efficacy and safety of self-made Shuxin Decoction combined with amiodarone in the treatment of coronary artery disease （ CAD ） arrhythmia. Methods ： 90 patients with coronary heart arrhythmia were randomly divided into 2 groups ： observation group with 47 cases was treated with self-made shuxin Decoction combined amiodarone ; control group with 43 patients was given amiodaronetreatment. One month was for a course. The efficacy was determined. All patients underwent ECG and 24 h ambulatory ECG before and after treatment. The treatment effect and adverse reactions were observed. Results ： One month after treatment, in the observation group, 12 cases were markedly effective, 3 cases were in vain. The total effective rate was 93.6% in the control group, 13 cases were markedly effective and 7 cases were in vain. The total effective rate was 83.7%. The difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）. There was no significant adverse reaction of the two groups of patients during treatment. Conclusion ： Self-made Shuxin Decoction combined with amiodarone in the treatment of coronary heart arrhythmia is more effective than with amiodarone. The efficacy is satisfactory with few adverse reactions. It is worthy of clinical lnractice.
