枳香和胃胶囊制备工艺研究

摘    要:根据枳香和胃胶囊处方中不同药材的提取特点,选用水煎的方式进行提取,并采用正交设计方法对提取工艺进行了优化,确定了最佳提取条件。水煎煮的最佳提取条件为加14倍量水,煎煮2次,3 h。

Abstract:According to the extraction characteristics of different Chinese herbs in Zhixiang Hewei Capsules,using the form of water decoction extraction and the extraction process was optimized with the orthogonal design method.The optimal extraction conditions were determined:water decoction plus the best condition was 14 times amount of water,decocting 2 times,for 3 hours.
