“火郁发之”妇科应用举隅

《内经》中,火郁为五郁治法之一,不仅可因外感,内伤也可致郁,但凡邪气阻滞气机,引起人体气血循行障碍,内郁不宣,邪气不得泄越,蕴蓄于里,均可成火郁之证。其治宜＂发之＂,即宣发、发泄,用解郁、宣泄、轻扬等方法,开散郁结,宣通其滞,条畅气血,使营卫通达,郁火泄越。通过分析妇科2例临床病例,阐释＂火郁发之＂之因势利导的治疗原则。

Clinical Application of Fire Stagnation Requiring Dissipation in Gynecology

The fire stagnation is one of the five depressions treatment in Huangdi Neijing. Not only exogenous pathogenic factor, but also internal injury can cause depression. Whenever the evil blocks Qi movement, the blood circulation of the human body will be disordered. If internal depression can not be declared, the evil can not be discharged, bedding in the body. All of them can cause fire stagnation syndrome： Its proper treatment is to diffuse it. It is the same to diffuse or to vent it through methods of Jieyu, Xuanxie and Qingyang to open the hash stagnation, perfuse the lag and adjust the Qi and blood, to make the Ying and Wei unobstructed and let the stagnated fire he＇vented. In this paper, we analyzed 2 cases of gynecological clinic to interpretate the treatment principle of improving the occasion of fire stagnation requiring dissipation.
