益肾清利活血方联合雷公藤多苷片治疗慢性肾脏病（CKD）4期患者临床观察

目的：评价在益肾清利活血方基础上加用雷公藤多苷片治疗慢性肾脏病（CKD）4期患者的疗效和安全性。方法：26例CKD 4期患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予基础治疗加雷公藤多苷片治疗,对照组给予基础治疗,观察6个月,比较两组患者治疗前后患者24 h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐、尿素氮、eGFR、血常规、谷丙转氨酶及谷草转氨酶的变化。结果：研究表明治疗组的患者肾功能、尿蛋白定量均有明显改善,对照组患者尿蛋白定量有一定程度上的改善,但肾功能总体呈下降趋势,组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：CKD 4期大量蛋白尿（〉3 g/24 h）患者中,雷公藤多苷片联合基础治疗是安全有效的,能明显降低蛋白尿,改善肾功能,减轻临床症状,较单纯基础治疗更加有效,CKD 4期患者蛋白尿的控制对于延缓CKD病程的进展有至关重要的作用。

Clinical Study of Treatment of Chronic Kidney Disease 4 Phase with Tonifying Kidney Clearing Heat and Draining Damp Activating Blood plus Tripterygium Glycosides Tablets

Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the treatment of CKD4 phase with Tripterygium glycosides tablet and tonifying kidney, clearing heat and draining damp, activating blood formula. Methods： 26 eases of CKD4 phase whose primary disease were chronic glomerulonephritis were sleeted randomly. They were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was given Tripterygimn glycosides tablets and basic treatment, while the control group was only given the basic treatment. Both groups were observed the urinary protein, renal flmction, liver function and so on around the treatment. Results： Prospective studies have shown that renal function and proteinuria were significantly improved in treatment group; in the control group, prnteinuria had a certain improvement, while t~nal fimction dec, lined. Conclusion： The treatment in CKD4 phase patients with massive proteinnria （〉3 g/24 h）, with Tripterygium glycosides tablet plus basic therapy, is safe and efiective. Proteinuria, renal function and the clinical symptoms can be significantly improved, compared to who accept basic therapy. The control of proteinuria in CKD4 Dhase t~atients slows the nroaress of CKD.
