| 摘 要： | 儿童反复呼吸道感染（recurrent respiratory tract infections,RRTIs）是儿童时期的常见病、多发病,严重影响小儿的生长发育和身心健康,其发病机理极其复杂,临床的治疗方法也很多,现就近十年相关发病的病因病机、内治法、外治法、实验研究进行系统回顾。中医药治疗疾病注重整体观念和辨证论治,其防治该疾病有其独特的优势,但每位研究者都是用自己的疗效指标来评价自己的试验结果,制定一个公认的疗效标准是今后研究的重点。

| Abstract: | Children recurrent respiratory tract infection （ recurrent respiratory tract infections, RRTIs ）, a common disease of childhood, could seriously impact children＇s growth and development, physical and mental health.Its pathogenesis is extremely complex.From the respects of etiology and pathogenesis, internal treatment, external treatment, experimental research, the article summarized the latest researches on prevention and treatment of children RRTIs with TCM systematically.TCM focuses on the holism and syndrome differentiation treatment, owning its unique advantages in prevention and treatment of disease, however, each investigator evaluated the test results with their own efficacy indicators, so future research should focus on the development of a recognized standard of efficacy. |
