| 摘 要： | 目的：采用高效液相色谱法测定大黄中大黄素、大黄酚的含量。方法：HPLC法条件：色谱柱为迪马C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液（85∶15）,检测波长254 nm,流速：1.0 mL/min。结果：大黄素、大黄酚在0.009~0.72μg范围内线性关系良好（r=1）,平均回收率为98.4%,RSD为0.92%。结论：方法降低了仪器要求,简化操作,准确可靠,可用于大黄清胃浓缩丸的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective ： High performance liquid chromatography was used to test the contents of Emodin and Chrysophanol peony in Dahuang Qingwei Pill. Methods ： HPLC method conditions ： column was Dima Cls （ 250 mm× 4.6mm,5μ m ）, mobile phase of methanol-0.1mol / L phosphoric acid solution （ 85 ： 15 ）, detection wavelength 254 nm, flow rate： 1.0 mL / rain. Results： Emodin and chrysophanol in the range of 0.009μ g to 0.72μ g had a good linear relationship （r = 1 ）. The average recovery was 98.4%, RSD was 0.92%. Conclusion ： The method reduces the equipment requirements, streamline operations, and it is accurate, reliable and available for Dahuang Qingwei Pill quality control. |
