杨关林教授从脾胃论治胸痹心痛临床经验总结

胸痹首见于《金匮要略》,症状表现为胸痛彻背,背痛彻心,时而心悸不宁,甚或心痛持续不解,相当于目前西医疾病中的灌装动脉粥样硬化性心脏病,病机为人体阳气、阴血亏虚,而致痰浊、瘀血、寒积留聚,引起心脉气血阻闭不通。杨关林教授致力于胸痹心痛痰浊血瘀证证候特征的研究与治疗,依托于国家重点基础研究发展计划（973计划）项目对胸痹心痛的辨证论治从脾胃着手,有独到见解,运用益气、补血、温中、祛痰、养阴等治法之汤药,同时注重因人因地制宜以及调护,其疗效显著闻名于杏林。

Clinical Experience of Professor YANG Guanlin Treating Chest Pain from Spleen and Stomach

Chest pain was first recorded in Jingui Yaolue.It is manifested by chest pain involving back or back pain involving chest,palpitations sometimes,even persistent heart pain.It is just like the coronary atherosclerotic heart disease in Western medicine.Yang and Yin deficiency leads to turbid phlegm,blood stasis,cold accumulation,resulting in heart vessles obstruction.YANG Guanlin has committed to research the syndrome characters and treatment of this disease.Relying on the National Key Basic Research and Development Program（973 Program）and treatment based on syndrome differentiation of chest pain from spleen and stomach,he gets the insights of the using perscirptions for benefiting Qi,nourishing blood,warming the middle,eliminating phlegm,nourishing Yin,while focusing on individual conditions and nursing.The significant effect has been known in TCM.
