蒙药忠伦阿汤熏蒸治疗脑卒中后上肢痉挛临床观察

目的：观察蒙药忠伦阿汤熏蒸治疗对脑卒中后上肢痉挛的临床疗效。方法：将患者随机分为两组，两组均以康复训练为基础治疗。治疗组用蒙药忠伦阿汤熏蒸治疗，对照组口服巴氯酚片。应用改良的Ashworth评分标准（MAS）及Brunnstrom分级标准对患者治疗前后进行评估，进而比较两种治疗方法的疗效。结果：治疗组和对照组治疗前后组内比较，患者上肢痉挛程度均较治疗前改善，有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。治疗后两组组间比较上肢痉挛程度无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论：蒙药忠伦阿汤熏蒸疗法治疗脑卒中后上肢痉挛疗效确切。

Clinical Observation on Fumigation Therapy for Post-stroke Upper Limb Spasticity with Mongolian Medicine Zhong Lun A Decoction

Objective： Observation on fumigation treatment of upper limb spasticity post-stroke with Mongolian medicine Zhong Lun A Decoction was carried on. Methods ： The patients were randomly divided into two groups, and two groups were treated with rehabilitation training as the basis. The treatment group added Mongolian medicine Zhong Lun A Decoction fumigation treatment, and the control group added baclofen tablets orally. The efficacy before and after treatment in patients was evaluated with modified Ashworth scale （ MAS ） and Brunnstrom grading standards and compared. Results ： The treatment group and the control group both significantly improved symptoms, and there were significant differences in two groups （ P〈0.05 ）. After treatment between two groups, upper limb spasticity had no significant difference （ P〉0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Effect of fumigation therapy for post-stroke upper limb spasticity with Mongolian medicine Zhong Lun A Decoction is exact.
