三黄莪棱汤灌肠配合抗生素治疗慢性前列腺炎临床报道

目的：观察对照中西医两种方法治疗慢性前列腺炎临床疗效。方法：141例慢性前列腺炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组73例采用三黄莪棱汤保留灌肠配合口服环丙沙星片治疗,对照组68例单用抗生素环丙沙星片。结果：治疗组和对照组总有效率分别93.15%和73.53%,总有效率及慢性前列腺炎症状指数（NIH-CPSI）评分结果有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：三黄莪棱汤保留灌肠配合抗生素治疗慢性前列腺炎临床疗效满意,症状改善及巩固疗效更为明显,值得临床应用。

Report of Chronic Prostatitis Treated by Sanhuang Eleng Decoction Enema with Antibiotics

Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of the comparison of two methods of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of chronic prostatitis. Methods ： 141 patients with chronic prostatitis were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group 73 examples adopted Sanhuang Eleng Decoction retention enema with eiprofloxacin treatment, control group 68 cases used antibiotic ciprolloxacin tablets. Results： The treatment group and control group total effective rates were 93.15% and 73.53% respectively, total effective rate and the U.S.national institutes of health chronic, prostate symptom index （ NIH-CPSI ） score results had significant difterence （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Sanhuang Eleng Decoction retention enema with antibiotics for the treatment of chronic prostatitis has satisfactory clinical curative effect, symptom improvement and consolidate curative effect, and it is worthy of clinical application.
