| 摘 要： | 目的：观察自制软膏剂清热利湿方外敷惠处治疗痛风患者的临床疗效。方法：将60例痛风患者15d为1个疗程进行治疗，1个疗程后观察治疗症状。结果：显效30例（50％），有效23例（38．3％），无效7例（11．7％）。结论：使用自制痛风软膏剂治疗痛风，疗效稳定，不良反应少，适合临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of self-restraint ointments Qingre Lishi Qintment affected treatment of gout clinical effect. Method ： 60 patients were treated for 15 days and therapeutic effect was observed. Result： 30 were recovered （ 50% ）,23 were efficacious （ 38.3% ）,Twere invalid （ 11.7% ）. Conclusion ： Self-restraint Oingre Lishi Qintment can treat gout and had stable curative effect, less adverse reaction, and it is suitable for clinical promotion. |
