健脾益气中药联合CIK细胞治疗对恶性肿瘤患者免疫功能影响

目的：观察健脾益气中药联合CIK细胞生物治疗对恶性肿瘤患者免疫功能的作用及生活质量的改善情况。方法：采用回顾性分析100例恶性肿瘤患者,以CIK细胞治疗作为基础,设为对照组（给予CIK细胞治疗）34例、免疫组（CIK细胞治疗联合胸腺肽类药物）30例以及中药组（CIK细胞治疗联合益气中药）36例。用Spss13.0建立数据库进行筛选分析,观察3组T细胞亚群及生活质量评分变化情况。结果：对照组、免疫组及中药组治疗后CD4、CD4/CD8较治疗前明显升高,CD8降低,CD3无明显变化。对照组、免疫组、中药组治疗前后KPS评分均有增高,但无统计学差异,从增高幅度看中药组增高趋势明显。结论：健脾益气中药联合CIK细胞治疗能明显改善恶性肿瘤患者的细胞免疫功能,对患者生活质量有一定改善作用,对临床治疗有一定指导意义。

Clinical Influence of Combined Treatment of Body-function-improving Traditional Chinese Medicine and Cytokine-induced Killer on Immune Function in Patients with Malignant Tumor

Objective ： To observe and evaluate the improvement of the immune function and life qualityof patients with malignant tumor under the effect of the combined treatment of body-function-improving TCM and CIK. Method： 100 patients with malignant tmnor, for whose CIK was the basic treatment, were retrospectively analyzed.All of them were randomized into control group （n=34, with CIK treatment ）, immune therapy group （ n=30, with CIK and Thymopeptide medicine combined treatment ） and TCM group （ n=36, with CIK and body-function-improving TCM combined treatment ） .Database was created by SPSS 13.0 to evaluate the changes of T-lymphocyte subgroups and life quality of the three groups. As a result, CD4, CD4/CD8 of the three groups had an obvious increase after the treatment.CD8 had a reduction and CD3 had 11o obvious change. KPS scores of the three groups had an increase after the treatment, but without any statistical difference.Of the increased amplitude, the TCM group had an obvious rising tendency. Conclusion ： The combined treatment of body-function-improving TCM and CIK enhances the immune function of patients with malignant tumor, improves the life quality of the patients and has a certain tutorial significance on clinical therapy.
