中西医治疗慢性重型肝炎研究进展

以肝衰竭为主要表现的慢性重型肝炎是临床上较为常见的危重疾病之一,其发病率低,但死亡率高,其病情复杂,发展较快。目前临床上对于慢性重型肝炎的西医疗法主要为基础对症治疗的基础上调节机体免疫功能,对HBV阳性患者予以抗病毒治疗,对于终末期患者主要有肝移植等治疗手段。而中医药通过内服外治的治疗方法可明显提高慢性重型肝炎早、中期患者的疗效。然而由于本病复杂难治,单一的治疗方法无法达到满意的治疗效果。因此,将有效的治疗方法联合起来,进行多层次、多途径的综合治疗是本病治疗的趋势。

Current Progress on Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Chronic Severe Hepatitis

Chronic severe hepatitis is one of common clinical critical diseases.Its main performance is hepatic failure.Its incidence is low,but the mortality is high.Its condition is complex and the development is rapid.Recently,Western medicine treatment of chronic severe hepatitis is mainly symptomatic treatment on the basis of regulating the body＇s immune function.Patients with positive HBV were given antiviral treatment.For end-stage patients,they were mainly treated with liver transplantation and other treatment.And the internal and external treatment of Chinese medicine can obviously improve the curative effect of chronic severe hepatitis patients with early and mid-term.Due to the complexity of the disease,it is difficult to treat,however,a single treatment cannot achieve satisfactory therapeutic effect.Therefore,effective treatment,multi-level and multi-channel comprehensive treatment is the trend of the disease treatment.
