慢性乙型肝炎中医证候学研究现状分析

慢性乙型肝炎病机复杂、证候多变,该文通过从中医证候分布研究、中医证候特征研究、证候演变规律研究、证候要素研究等方面对近年来慢性乙型肝炎中医证候学研究现状进行了分析,并对存在问题进行了总结与思考。今后应考虑人群、地域、气候等因素的影响,扩大样本量进行慢性乙型肝炎的证候分布调查研究与证候演变规律的前瞻性研究,在大规模临床流行病学调查与专家论证的基础上,建立基于证候要素的慢性乙型肝炎的证候诊断标准,为临床研究与辨证治疗提供依据。

Analysis on Research Status about TCM Syndromes of Chronic Hepatitis B

The pathogenesis of chronic hepatitis B is complicated, and the syndromes are changing. The researches about traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of chronic hepatitis B in recent years were reviewed in this paper from the aspects of syndrome distribution, syndrome evolution, syndrome characteristics and syndrome elements, and the problems were analyzed and summarized. There are other factors to be considered, including the crowds, areas, the influence of climate. The sample size should be enlarged in the further study of syndrome distribution and the prospective study of syndrome evolution of chronic hepatitis B. The TCM syndrome diagnostic criteria of chronic hepatitis B should be established based on syndrome elements from large-scale clinical epidemiologieal investigation and experts demonstration. These will provide a basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
