| 摘 要： | 目的：建立双子肠溶胶囊中多糖、蒽醌含量的测定方法。方法：采用分光光度法,分别测定双子肠溶胶囊中多糖和蒽醌的含量。结果：双子肠溶胶囊中多糖的含量为340.9 mg/g,蒽醌的含量为8.228 mg/g。结论：双子肠溶胶囊的含量测定方法简单,重复性好,为其质量标准制定提供依据和参考。

| Abstract: | Objective：To set up the measurement of polysaccharide and anthraquinones contents in Shuangzi Enteric Coated Capsule.Methods：The spectrophotometric method was applied to measure the contents of polysaccharide and anthraquinones in Shuangzi Enteric Coated Capsule respectively.Results：The content of polysaccharide was 340.9 mg/g and of anthraquinones was 8.228 mg/g in Shuangzi Enteric Coated Capsule.Conclusion：The method of measuring the contents in Shuangzi Enteric Coated Capsule is simple and good repeatable,which provides basis and reference for the quality standard. |
