祛瘀缩宫汤对药物流产后大鼠子宫肌NO、NOS及血浆ET-1水平影响的实验研究

摘    要:目的:研究祛瘀缩宫汤对早孕大鼠Ru486药物流产后子宫肌组织匀浆中一氧化氮(NO)及一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、血浆内皮素(ET-1)水平的影响,来探讨祛瘀缩宫汤治疗药物流产后出血的作用机理。方法:选择妊娠Wistar大鼠,随机分为4组,即单纯米非司酮组、催产素组、宫太妇月康胶囊组、祛瘀缩宫汤组,于妊娠第7天,开始相应处理,妊娠第14天分别检测以下指标后处死:子宫肌组织匀浆中的NO与NOS含量,静脉血中ET-1水平。结果:祛瘀缩宫汤可明显降低大鼠子宫肌组织匀浆中NO、NOS含量,与单纯米非司酮组比较,差异有显著性(P〈0.01),祛瘀缩宫汤可显著提高大鼠静脉血中ET-1水平,与单纯米非司酮组比较,差异有显著性(P〈0.05)。结论:祛瘀缩宫汤可以降低药物流产后大鼠子宫肌匀浆中NO及NOS水平,升高血中ET-1水平,通过以上途径来治疗药物流产后子宫出血。

Abstract:Objective:To approach the mechanism of Quyu Suogong Decoction(QYSGD)on levels of NO,NOS and ET-1 of the uterus hemorrhagic symptoms after medical abortion(Ru486)for studying and researching the mechanism.Method:Early gravidity rats(Ru486)were divided into four groups in random:Mifepristone group,Oxytocic hormone group,Gongtai Fuyue Capsule group,QYSGD group.From the 7th day on,the corresponding interventions were applied.On the 14th day after sacrifice,the indexes were determined including the contents of NO and NOS and the hematoplasma endothelin(ET-1)in the tissues homogenate of the uterus muscular.Result:QYSGD can obviously degrade the contents of NO,NOS in the tissues homogenate of the uterus muscular.Compared with Mifepristone group,the variances were significant(P0.01)and QYSGD can also raise the ET-1 in the venous blood of the rats.The distinctions were significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:QYSGD can degrade the contents of NO,NOS and raise the levels of the ET-1 in the tissues homogenate of the uterus muscular.This may be responsible for the therapeutics of metrorrhagia due to madical abortion(Ru486).
