羌活HPLC指纹图谱研究

摘    要:目的:建立药材羌活的高效液相色谱指纹图谱,为科学评价及有效控制羌活药材质量提供可靠的方法。方法:采用diamonsilTM(钻石)C18色谱柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),甲醇-0.1%磷酸水为流动相梯度洗脱,流速1 mL.min-1,检测波长254 nm,洗脱时间120 min,研究羌活药材的指纹图谱,并对其主要色谱峰进行指认。结果:分析了10批不同产地的羌活药材,建立了羌活药材的高效液相指纹图谱,确立了15个共有峰,并且对其中5个色谱峰进行了指认。结论:该方法准确可靠、重复性好,为羌活药材的质量控制提供科学准确的依据。

Abstract:Objective: To study the HPLC fingerprint spectrum of Notopterygium incisum Ting ex H.T. Chang and establish a chromatographic standard for the quality control and evaluate as well as to comparatively study the HPLC fingerprint spectrum among germplasm. Methods : The sample were separated on diamonsilTM column CIa (200 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μ m ) with methanol-0.1 acetic acid as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min in 60 min adopting the gradient elution process with the wavelength 254 nm. Results : 10 samPle of different origins Notopterygium ineisum Ting ex H,T. Chang were detected and 15 peaks in the chromatogram were common. Conclusions : The method is accurate, reliable, reproducible and the fingerprint spectrum provides scientific and accurate basis for the quality control of Notopterygium incisum Ting ex H.T. Chang.
