中药足浴治疗慢性肝病失眠症临床观察及护理

慢性肝病患者多有失眠症状。轻者入眠困难，或眠而不酣，时寐时醒，醒后不能再寐，严重者彻夜不寐。这种失眠症状往往呈慢性反复发病过程，临床缺乏持久、有效的药物，这严重影响肝病患者的生活质量。本研究通过纳入慢性肝病患者117例，其中痰热内扰型共62例，肝肾阴虚型共55例，两组患者均长期患有不同程度的失眠。我们观察了给予患者中药足浴治疗后，慢性肝病患者失眠症状的改善情况，结果发现，依疗效标准评价，治愈51例，显效44例，好转10例，无效12例，总有效率为89．7％，显效率为81．2％。

Clinical Observation and Nursing about Insomnia Patients with Chronic Liver Disease Using Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine Footbath

Patients with chronic liver disease always suffer from insomnia. The light cases only have a little difficult to sleep, or can sleep hut not intoxicated. Sometimes though they sleep soundly, they always wake up. After waking up they always can not sleep soundly. In some serious cases, they suffer from insomnia through night long. Insomnia is a chronic recurrent process of disease, and it still lacks of sustained, effective clinical medicine that seriously aft~cting the quality of life of patients with liver disease. This article reported 117 patients with chronic liver disease, including 62 cases of phlegm heat type, and 55 cases of liver and kidney yin deficiency type. Patients in both two groups had different degrees of insomnia for a long time. Foothath of TCM treatments were given to those chronic liver disease patients with insomnia symptoms. According to the standard of curative effect evaluation, we found that 51 cases were cured,44 eases markedly effective, 10 eases improved, and 12 cases ineffective. The total efficiency was 89.7%, and markedly effective rate was 81.2%.
