基于委托—代理理论视角的我国公立医院四种法人治理模式比较分析

随着我国的医疗卫生体制改革的深入推进,实行公立医院法人治理的意义越来越重大。我国将公立医院法人治理的模式主要分为四种,而委托—代理关系与该四种模式密不可分。本文基于委托—代理理论,分别比较公立医院四种法人治理模式的优缺点,并对此进行总结分析,认为我国现阶段大多数的公立医院以行政机构分权型治理模式或理事会型治理模式为宜。

Comparative Analysis Based on Perspective of Principal-Agent of Four Corporate Governance Modes of Public Hospitals

With the deepening of medical and health system reform in our country,the implementation of the corporate governance of public hospitals become more and more significant.Modes of corporate governance of public hospitals in country are divided into four,and the principal-agent relationship is inextricably linked with the four modes.Based on the principal-agent theory,this article compared the advantages and disadvantages of four corporate governance models,summarizes and analyzes that the majority of public hospitals of our country adopt the administrative institutions of decentralized governance mode or the council governance model is appropriate.
