中药复方“益糖康”药效学实验研究

摘    要:目的:通过动物实验观察中药复方"益糖康"对STZ-DM型大鼠血糖、血脂及抗DNA损伤的影响,评价其治疗糖尿病及其并发症疗效。方法:连续给药8周,通过检测各组大鼠血糖、血脂及荧光显像的方法测量其拖尾的长度,来确定益糖康的药效作用。结果:正常组大鼠荧光显像无拖尾现象,实验各组均有拖尾现象,且益糖康治疗组与达美康对照组及造模对照组拖尾长度相比较有显著性差异,且益糖康治疗组与造模对照组血糖、血脂比较有显著性差异,益糖康治疗组与达美康对照组相比较,血糖检测结果无显著性差异,血脂检测结果有显著性差异。结论:中药复方"益糖康"具有降糖、降脂的作用,对糖尿病的DNA损伤有修复作用。

Abstract:Objective: Through animal experiment to observe the traditional Chinese medicine Yitangkang on STZ-DM rats blood glucose, impact damage and anti DNA serum lipids, and to evaluate the curative effect of diabetes treatment and its complications. Methods : Continuous administrations for 8 weeks, the rats were detected the blood sugar, blood lipid and fluorescence imaging method was used to measure the length of the trail, to determine the eftct of Yitangkang. Results : In normal rats, fluoreseent imaging showed no smearing. The experimental groups showed tailing phenomenon and the trailing length of Yitangkang treatment group and Diamieron group and the control group had a significant difference, and blood glucose, blood lipid of Yitangkang treatment group and control group had significant difference. Blood glueose test in Yitangkang group and Diamicron treatment group and control group had no significant differenee; there were significant differences in lipid testing results. Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine Yitangkang has hypoglyeemie, lipid-lowering effect, and can repair DNA damage in diabetes.
