| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨小针刀联合三点法阻滞治疗肩周炎的效果。方法：208例确诊肩周炎患者采用小针刀剥离法结合三点法阻滞治疗,并辅以有效的护理指导作为试验组;同期只用小针刀剥离法治疗的200例肩周炎患者作为对照组。结果：实验组治愈率为76.44%,总有效率达98.56%。对照组治愈率为58.50%,总有效率达93.50%。结论：采用小针刀联合三点法阻滞治疗肩周炎,治愈率高,治疗效果满意。

| Abstract: | Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of small needle knife combined with the three- point block in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis. Method： 208 cases of periarthritis of shoulder were treated by small needle knife stripping with three-point nerve block, complemented by effective nursing instruction as test group. The control group had 200 cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis patients who received small needle knife therapy at the same period. Result ： The test group cure rate was 76.44%, and the total effective rate was up to 98.56%. The control group cure rate was 58.50%, and total effective rate was 93.50%. Conclusion ： Small needle knife combined with the three- point block in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder had high cure rate and the treatment effect was satisfactory. |
