益肾化瘀法治疗青春期无排卵性功血肾气虚证临床研究

目的：以益肾化瘀为法治疗青春期无排卵性功血肾气虚证患者,并观察疗效。方法：将青春期无排卵性功血肾气虚证患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例。治疗组予益肾化瘀止血;对照组予补肾益气、固冲止血。两组均从就诊之日起连服中药10 d。观察血止时间、出血量及中医证候积分改善情况。结果：止血疗效比较,治疗组的总有效率、显速率均明显高于对照组（P〈0.01和P〈0.05）。出血量的改善情况比较：治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,P〈0.05。肾气虚证证候疗效比较：两组治疗后证候积分均有明显改善,P〈0.01;但治疗组改善程度明显优于对照组,P〈0.05;治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,P〈0.05。结论：说明用益肾化瘀法治疗青春期无排卵性功血肾气虚证可以提高疗效。

Clinical Observation of Treating Adolescent Anovulatory Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding of Kidney-Qi Deficiency Syndrome by Tonifying Kidney and Removing Blood Stasis

Objective ： Using the method of tonifying kidney and removing blood stasis to treat adolescent anovulatory disfunctional uterine bleeding of kidney-Qi deficiency syndrome and observe the therapeutic effect. Methods ： 60 patients with adolescent anovulatory disfunctional uterine bleeding of kidney-Qi deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into two groups, 30 patients in each group.The therapy group patients were treated by method of tonifying kidney and removing blood stasis to stop bleeding.The control group patients was dealt with method of invigorating kidney, supplementing Qi and steadying Chong channel to stop bleeding.Two groups patients took orally herbal decoction for ten days since they came to see the doctor.The researchers observed how long we can stopped bleeding, investigated the improvement of the amount of bleeding and syndrome integral. Results ： Comparing blood-stopping curative effect, the total effective rate, excellent and fast-acting rate of the therapy group were obviously superior to those of the control one （ P〈0.01, P〈0.05 ） .Comparing the improvement of the amount of bleeding, the total effective rate of the therapy group was obviously superior to those of the control one （ P〈0.05 ） .Comparing syndrome curative effect of kidney-Qi deficiency, the syndrome integrals of the two groups were obviously improved （ P〈0.01 ）, but the therapy group was obviously superior to the control one （ P〈0.05 ） .The total effective rate of the therapy group was obviously superior to those of the control one （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Applying the method of tonifying kidney and removing blood stasis to treat adolescent anovulatory disfunctional uterine bleeding of kidney-Qi deficiency syndrome can greatly enhance the curative effect.
