刺络拔罐配合中药治疗带状疱疹临床观察

目的：观察刺络拔罐配合中药治疗带状疱疹（蛇串疮）的临床疗效。方法：治疗组局部以5%碘伏严格消毒,用三棱针刺破所有疱疹,边剌边用消毒干棉球吸去疱疹毒液,将玻璃火罐闪灌法扣在已刺破疱疹的所有部位,留罐时间视病情而定,留罐2~5 min,排泄疱疹内毒液;远端配穴针刺,取曲池,施捻转提插泻法1 min;腰以上者加尺泽、合谷;腰以下者加足三里、三阴交。自拟祛湿清热化瘀汤口服。对照组西药治疗：阿昔洛韦注射液静脉滴注,每次5 mg/kg,每日1次,阿昔洛韦软膏局部外涂,每日2~3次,连续7 d。统计两组疗效,进行比较。结果：治疗组与对照组的治愈率之间的差异有非常显著的统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：刺络拔罐配合中药治疗效果佳。

Clincai Observation of Pricking-cupping with Chinese Herbal Medicine in Treating Herpes Zoster

Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of pricking-cupping method with Chinese herbal medicine in treating herpes zoster （ Snake-like sores ）. Method： Treatment group disinfected the local site with 0.5 iodophor strictly, usedtriangle-edged needle to pierce each Zoster, blotted the venom while piercing, and then used flash cupping on piercing site. The cupping time depended on patients＇ i~ondition, retaining the cup for 2-5 minutes and discharging the venom. Twirling lifting and thrusting with reducing method were applied in Quchi point （ acupuncture the local aeupoints ）, adding Chize and Hegu points if the region above waist, while Zusanli and Sanyinjiao points below waist. Taking self-made traditional Chinese medicine decoction after above treatment. Control group was given intravenous infusion of Acyclovir Injection with 5 mg/kg for each time, once every treatment day. Acielovir Ointment was applied on local region 2-3 times a day simultaneously, lasting for 7 days. Result： The difference of cure rate between the two groups had statistical significance. Conclusion ： Pricking-cupping with Chinese herbal medicine in treating herpes zoster has superior curative efficacy.
