补中益气汤治疗气虚型高血压病临床观察

目的：评价补中益气汤治疗气虚型高血压患者的临床疗效。方法：选择确诊为气虚型高血压患者80例,设对照组40例,给予硝苯地平控释片治疗。治疗组40例,在对照组治疗基础上加用补中益气汤治疗,均治疗3个星期,观察临床疗效及中医症状评分。结果：治疗组的中医症状评分的改善程度及临床疗效显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：补中益气汤对气虚型高血压患者有较好临床疗效,辨证论治是提高高血压中医疗效的关键。

Clinical Observation of Middle-Tonifying Qi-Replenishing Decoction in Treating Qi Deficiency Type Hypertension

Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of Middle-Tonifying Qi-Replenishing Decoction （ MQD ） on the Qi deficiency type hypertension. Methods ： 80 Qi deficiency type hypertension patients were randomly divided into two groups. Observation group with 40 patients took MQD orally appending nifedipine controlled release tablet; the control group with 30 patients orally took nifedipine controlled release tablet only. The treatment of two groups was 3 weeks. The clinical efficacy and the symptoms score of Chinese medicine of the two groups were monitored. Results ： After treatment, the efficient of observation group was 97.5%. The efficient of control group was 85.0%, with a significant difference （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： MQD for the Qi deficiency type hypertension patients has a better clinical efficacy. Dialectical treatment is the key to improve the curative effect of Chinese medicine of hypertension
