| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中药热熨疗法治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效。方法：对慢性前列腺炎气滞血瘀证患者运用中药热熨外治法，每次治疗30min，5d为1个疗程。连续治疗3个疗程。结果：共治疗75例，治愈36例，有效35例，无效4例，总有效率947％。结论：中药热熨治疗慢性前列腺炎气血瘀滞证疗效可靠，其作用机制可能通过穴位热透作用．疏通经络气血，使药力直达病所，发挥疗效，

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the efficacy of Chinese medicine hot iron therapy in the treatment of chronic prostatitis. Methods ： Chinese medicine hot ironing external treatment was for patients with chronic prostatitis of Qi stagnation and blood stasis, each treatment for 30 minutes, five days was a course of treatment, continuously for three courses. Results ： A total of 75 patients, 36 eases were cured, effective in 35 cases,4 cases in vain, the total effective rate was 94.7%. Conclusion： Chinese medicine hot irontreatment of chronic prostatitis of Qi stagnation and blood stasis has reliable efficacy, its mechanism of action may through the points to pass the heat to meridians and dredge the meridians, so that the drug directly act on patients, achieving their efficacy. |
