一指禅推法结合摩腹手法治疗老年性便秘疗效观察

目的：观察一指禅推法结合摩腹手法治疗老年性便秘的临床疗效。方法：将符合纳入标准的60例受试者治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用一指禅推法结合摩腹手法单纯以手法治疗,对照组采用芪蓉润肠口服液口服。观察两组患者的疗效及症状体征评分。结果：治疗组有效率为93.3%,对照组有效率80%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。3个疗程后,两组治疗均能改善患者的临床症状和体征,分别与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：一指禅推法结合摩腹手法对老年性便秘疗效较好,作为一种绿色无毒副作用的治疗方法值得推广应用。

Clinical Study of One Finger Pushing Method Combined with Friction Abdominal Approach in Treatment of Senile Constipation

Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of one finger pushing method combined with the friction abdominal approach of senile constipation. Methods： 60 subjects which met the inclusion criteria, were divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group used one finger pushing method combined with the friction abdominal approach and the control group took Qirong Runchang Oral Liquid orally. The efficacy and the signs and symptoms score of two groups were observed. Results ： The effective rate was 93.3% in treatment group, and in the control group it was 80%. The difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）. After three courses, two groups can improve patients＇ clinical symptoms and signs, respectively, compared with before treatment, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Finger push method combined with the friction abdominal approach for the elderly constipation has good effect. As a non-toxic treatment it should be widely applied.
