逍遥丸联合文拉法辛治疗卒中后抑郁临床研究

目的：探讨逍遥丸联合文拉法辛治疗脑卒中后抑郁的疗效。方法：将80例PSD患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例，对照组予文拉法辛及谷维素治疗，治疗组口服逍遥丸及文拉法辛，其余常规治疗相同。比较两组治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁评分（HAMD）、斯堪的纳维亚卒中评分（SSS）及临床疗效。结果：治疗后，治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0．（15），HAMD评分和SSS评分均明显低于对照组（均P〈0．05）。结论：逍遥丸联合文拉法辛可明显改善PSD患者的抑郁症状，同时能促进其神经功能的恢复。

Clinical Study of Xiaoyao Pill Combined with Venlafaxine on Post-stroke Depression

Ohjeetive ： To investigate the curative effect of Xiaoyao pill combined with venlafaxine on treating post-stroke depression （ PSD ）. Methods ： 80 PSD patients were divided into the treatment group （ 40 ） and control group （ 40 ） randomly. The control group received venlafaxine and oryzanolum treatment. The treatment group received Xiaoyao pill and vcnlafaxine. The other routine therapy in both groups were the same. The scores of Hamihon Depression Scale （ HAMD ）, Scandinavian Stroke Scale （ SSS ）and clinical effect of all patients before and after therapy were compared. Results ： After treatment, compared with the control group, the total effective rate in treatment group was higher （ P〈0.05 ）. The scores of HAMD and SSS in treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group （ both P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion ： Xiaoyao pill combined with venlafaxine can improve depression symptom of PSD patients significantly, and promote the recover of neural function.
