中药配合艾灸治疗类风湿性关节炎临床疗效观察

目的：观察中药配合艾灸治疗RA的临床疗效。方法：将105例RA患者随机分为西药组、中药组和中药配合艾灸组，西药组35例口服来氟米特治疗，中药组35例口服通痹汤治疗，中药配合艾灸组35例在口服通痹汤的基础上配合艾灸大椎、腰阳关、命门等督脉穴位以及肾俞、八骖穴等足太阳膀胱经穴位，4周为1个疗程，治疗3个疗程后观察治疗前后晨僵时间、关节触痛数、关节肿胀数以及ESR和CRP的变化。结果：对治疗前后患者临床及实验室指标变化情况进行分析评价，西药组总有效率为80．0％，中药组总有效率为82．9％，中药配合艾灸组总有效率为91．4％，其疗效明显优于西药组和中药组（均P〈0．05）。结论：中药配合艾灸治疗RA的临床疗效确切，且无毒副反应。

Observations on Efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Plus Moxibustion in Treating Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective： To observe the clinica}efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine plus moxibustion in treating rheumatoid arthritis. Methods： 105 RA patients were randomly divided into western medicine group, Chinese medicine and moxibustion group.Western medicine group with 35 examples used Leflunomide treatment; traditional Chinese medicine treatment group with 35 examples used Tonghi Decoction, and moxibustion group was treated with Tonghi Decoction and moxibustion on Du meridian and Foot-Taiyang meridian for three courses with four weeks in each course.Before and after treatment, morning stiffness time, number of joints of bitterness, swollen joint count and laboratory parameters of ESR and CRP changes were compared. Results ： The total effective rate of the western medicine group was 80.0% and that of traditional Chinese medicine group was 82.9%.The total effective rate of moxibustion group was 91.4%, and the curative effect was superior to western medicine and Chinese medicine groups （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusions ： Tongbi Decoction plus moxibustion therapy can effectively improve rheumatoid arthritis patients＇ clinical symptoms and laboratory parameters with non-toxic side effects.
