祛瘀消积颗粒治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎胃镜下中医微观辨证应用分析

目的：研究探讨祛瘀消积颗粒治疗中医辨证属胃络瘀阻证慢性萎缩性胃炎（CAG）的胃镜下中医微观辨证应用。方法：回顾性分析我院2010年10月—2012年10月经临床及胃镜检查诊断为CAG,并中医辨证属胃络瘀阻证患者121例的临床资料,对患者治疗前后胃镜下改变与中医微观辨证进行分组分析。结果：121例患者中,中医微观辨证为气滞血瘀及气虚血瘀患者胃镜下评定治疗有效率较高,阴虚血瘀及湿热瘀结患者则效果欠佳。结论：针对临床应用祛瘀消积颗粒治疗中医辨证属胃络瘀阻证CAG,应选择胃镜下中医微观辨证为气滞血瘀及气虚血瘀的患者,以提高治疗有效率。

Application Analysis of Quyu Xiaoji Granule in Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis in Traditional Chinese Medicine Micro Syndrome Differentiation

Objective ： To study the application of Quyu Xiaoji Granule in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis （ CAG ）under TCM microcosmic syndrome differentiation. Methods： Retrospective analysis of 121 cases of stomach collateral stasis syndrome patients in our hospital from October 2010 to October 2012 which was diagnoszed as CAG was carried on, and the clinical data before and after treatment in patients with gastroscopy and TCM microcosmic syndrome differentiation was analyzed. Results： In 121 patients, patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis and Qi deficiency and blood stasis had higher effective rate under gastroscopy.Patients with yin deficiency and blood stasis and damp-heat and blood stasis had lower effect.Conclusion ： The clinical application of Quyu Xiaoji Granule in the treatment of CAG with stomach collateral stasis syndrome should be used in those with Qi stagnation and blood stasis and Qi deficiency and blood stasis patients under the microcosmic gastroscopy, in order to improve the treatment efficiency.
