补气化痰方对大鼠心肌梗死模型心功能及血管新生的研究

目的：观察补气化痰方对大鼠心肌梗死模型心功能及血管新生作用的研究。方法：采用60只正雄性SD大鼠,随机分为治疗组（黄芪瓜蒌薤白半夏汤组）、中药对照组（瓜蒌薤白半夏汤组）、西药对照组（科素亚组）、模型组、正常组,每组12只SD大鼠,结扎前降支建立心肌梗死模型,干预28 d,观察比较各组的大鼠生存率,48 h、28 d心脏超声EF,28 d心肌CD31表达,肝肾功能的变化。结果：28 d内各组大鼠生存率没有差异,28 d治疗组大鼠心脏超声EF较其他各组大鼠EF下降缓慢,有统计学差异,并在免疫组化中结果显示治疗组CD31表达较各对照组及模型组较高,有统计学差异,各组肝肾功能未见明显差异。结论：补气化痰方能有效提高心肌梗死大鼠心脏EF值,其可能的机制是促进梗死后血管新生从而改善心脏功能。

Research of Buqi I-Iuatan Formula on Heart Function and Angiogenesis of Rat Model of Myocardial Infarction

Objective ： To observe the effect of Buqi Huatan Formula on heart function and angiogenesis of rat model of myocardial infarction. Methods ： 60 male SD rats were randomly divided into the treatment group （ Huangqi Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction Group ）, Chinese medicine control group （ Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction Group ）, the control group of Western Medicine （ treatment group ）, normal group, model group, 12 rats in each group.By ligation of the anterior descending branch, establishment of myocardial infarction model was carried on with the intervention for 28 days.The rats survival rate, cardiac ultrasound EF at 48 hours and 28 days, CD31 expression in muscle in 28 days, liver and kidney function were recorded. Results ： 28 days survival rate did not differ among rats. The cardiac ultrasound EF in 28 days of rats were slowly declined than that in other groups, and there was a statistical significant difference.And the immunohistochemical results showed CD31 expression in treatment group was higher than that in the control group and the model group, and there was a statistical significant.There was no significant difference between the groups of liver and kidney function. Conclusion ： Buqi Huatan Formula can effectively improve EF value of myocardial infarction rat.The mechanism is likely to promote infarction angiogenesis thereby improving heart function.
