健脾补肾益气通淋治疗慢性尿路感染疗效观察

目的：观察健脾补肾益气通淋治疗慢性尿路感染的疗效。方法：60例慢性尿路感染患者随机分为两组，治疗组采用健脾补肾益气通淋的尿感方治疗，对照组采用肾舒颗粒治疗，疗程均为4周。结果：治疗组总有效率为93.3％，复发率10．71％；对照组总有效率为73．3％，复发率22．73％。两组疗效比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：健脾补肾益气通淋的尿感方对治疗慢性尿路感染疗效确切且可降低复发率，明显优于对照组肾舒颗粒，值得，临床推广。

Clinical Observation on Treating Chronic Urinary Tract Infection by Strengthening Spleen and Kidney and Invigorating Qi and Removing Stone

Objective ： Clinical observations on the therapeutic effect of strengthening spleen and kidney and invigorating qi and removing stone for the treatment of chronic urinary tract infection were carried on. Methods ： The chronic urinary tract infection patients were divided into two groups. The treatment group used the sense of urine side treatment in strengthening spleen and kidney and invigorating qi and removing stone.The control group used the sense of Shenshu Granule. The course of the treatment was 4 weeks. Result ： The treatment group＇s total effective rate was 93.3%, its recurrence rate was 10.71%. The control group＇s total effective rate was 73.3%, its recurrence rate was 22.73%. Two groups＇ total efficacy comparison had significant difference （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The sense of urine side treatment in strengthening spleen and kidney and invigorating qi and removing stone has obvious curative effect in treating chronic urinary tract infection, and it can reduce recurrence rate. It is obviously better than the control group. It is worthy of clinic application.
