| 摘 要： | 目的：合成牛蒡苷元曼尼希反应产物4-（3＂,4＂-二甲氧苄基）-3-（4＇-羟基-3＇-甲氧基-5＇-（哌啶-1-基甲基）苯甲基）二氢呋喃-2（3H）-酮。方法：本实验采用曼尼希的方法对牛蒡苷元酚羟基邻位进行结构修饰,牛蒡苷元与哌啶溶液反应合成曼尼希反应产物。结论：通过对合成工艺条件进行较为详细的考察,确定最佳工艺条件。

| Abstract: | Objective： 4- （ 3＂,4＂-dimethoxybenzyl ） -3- （ 4＇-hydroxy-3＇-methoxy-5＇- （ piperidin- 1-ylmethyl ） benzyl ） dihydrofuran-2 （ 3H ） -one, Mannich derivative of arctigenin was yielded. Method ： Structure modification in phenolic hydroxyl group Ortho of arctigenin with Mannich method was carried out. The Mannich derivative was synthesized by treating arctigenin and piperidine solution. Conclusion ： The art of the synthesis process was investigated in detail to determine the optimal process conditions. |
