基于临床流行病学调查血糖与心脑合病关系

目的：探讨血糖对心脑合病发病及各证型的影响。方法：采用横断面调查法,以全国11家分中心的心脑合病患者982例为研究对象,运用频数、构成比、关联规则等方法对心脑合病患者的四诊信息进行统计分析;运用卡方检验等方法对心脑合病主要证型及血糖间关系进行探讨。结果 （：1）心脑合病主要临床症状为半身不遂（93.69%）、胸闷（93.18%）、肢体不遂（93.18%）、乏力（85.03%）、头晕（80.75%）、身体困重（80.45%）、神疲（79.84%）、少气懒言（74.34%）、胸痛（69.25%）;（2）血糖与心脑合病密切相关,982例患者中既往有糖尿病病史与心脑合病主症同时出现的置信度高达75.87%,血糖异常与心脑合病主症同时出现的置信度高达76.31%;（3）血糖在心脑合病主要证型（痰瘀互结、风痰阻络、气虚血瘀、气阴两虚）水平没有显著差异。结论：血糖与心脑合病发病密切相关,但在其主要证型水平没有显著差异。

Relationship Between Blood Glucose and Cardio-cerebral Disease based on Clinical Epidemiological Survey

Objective：To discuss blood sugar in cardio-cerebral disease pathogenesis and the influence of each syndrome types.Method：Using cross-sectional survey method,based on the 11 sub-center of cardio-cerebral disease,982 cases patients were as the research object,using frequency,composition ratio,association rules method in mental patients together four diagnostic information statistical analysis.Using the chi-square test method in cardio-cerebral disease main syndrome types and the relationship between blood glucose were discussed.Result：（1）The main clinical symptoms of heart disease together were hemiplegia（93.69%）,chest distress（93.18%）,body failure（93.18%）,fatigue（85.03%）,dizziness（80.75%）,body heaviness（80.45%）,spirit fatigue（79.84%）,lack of Qi and lazy speech（74.34%）,chest pain（69.25%）;（2）Blood sugar and cardio-cerebral disease were closely related.982 patients with a prior history of simultaneous occurrence of heart disease and diabetes had a confidence reached as high as 75.87%.The blood glucose abnormalities and cardio-cerebral disease simultaneous occurrence had a confidence as high as 76.31%.（3）Blood sugar in cardio-cerebral disease＇s main syndrome types（accumulating of phlegm and blood stasis,wind and phlegm obstructing collaterals,Qi deficiency and blood stasis,qi and Yin deficiency）had no significant difference.Conclusion：Blood sugar and cardio-cerebral disease were closely related,but in the main syndrome types did not differ significantly.
