| 摘 要： | 目的：建立橘红丸的质量标准。方法：采用薄层方法对方中茯苓进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法对其有效成分橙皮苷进行含量测定。结果：薄层色谱法能够有效鉴别出方中茯苓;高效液相色谱法可测定出橙皮苷的含量,橙皮苷在0.334~2.064μg范围内呈线性关系,r=0.9995。结论：方法简单、灵敏、准确、重复性好,可有效地控制橘红丸的质量。

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the quality standard for Juhong Pills.Methods：Poria in Juhong Pills was identified by TLC.The Hesperidin of particles was determined by HPLC.Result：The methods to identify Poria in Juhong Pills by TLC were established and under the determined experimental condition,the sample and the reference had the same color spots on the corresponding position and the negative fliud without interference.The experimental condition to determine the Hesperidin of particles by HPLC were established and the linear range for hesperidin was 0.334 μg to 2.064 μg,r=0.9995.Conclusion：This method was sensitive,quick and accurate for the quality control of this preparation. |
