MIB-1在颅咽管瘤的表达及意义

目的：通过检测细胞周期相关核抗原Ki-67的抗体（monoclonal antibody of cell proliferation associated nuclear antigen，MIB-1）表达，研究不同病理类型颅咽管瘤细胞增殖性的差异及意义。方法：收集30例经手术治疗的颅咽管瘤病例，采用免疫组化SP法检测MIB-1在肿瘤组织中的表达，并计算MIB-1标记指数（MIB-1 LI）。结果：MIB-1主要在颅咽管瘤基底细胞层表达，在指突样瘤组织及肿瘤组织内孤立的瘤细胞团中也有较多的MIB-1阳性染色细胞，造釉细胞型颅咽管瘤组织MIB-1 LI显著高于鳞状乳头型颅咽管瘤（P〈0．05）。结论：不同病理类型颅咽管瘤细胞增殖性存在明显差畀，不同病理类型颅咽管瘤细胞增殖性的差畀可能影响其预后。

Study on the expression of MIB- 1 in craniopharyngiomas and its clinical significance

Objective To investigate the difference of cellular proliferation between two types of craniopharyngioma and explore the significance of this difference by detecting the expression of monoclonal antibody of cell proliferation associated nuclear antigen (MIB-1). Methods The expression of MIB-1 in 30 craniopharyngioma samples was examined by SP immunohistochemistry and MIB-1 labelingindex(MIB-1 LI)was calculated. Results MIB-1 positive cells were main basilar layer cells. There were also many immuno-reactive cells in the isolated masses and finger-like processes of tumor cells. MIB-1 LI in admantinomatous craniopharyngiomas was much higher than that in squamous papillary tumors (P< 0.05). Conclusions There is significantly different cellular proliferation activity between two types of craniopharyngioma. The difference of cellular proliferation between two types of craniopharyngioma may affect the prognosis of the patients.
