| 摘 要： | 本文采用人离体子宫内膜滴注法检测萘普生和醋酸棉酚对人子宫内膜前列腺素E(简称PGE)和前列腺素F2α(简称PGF2α)合成的影响。结果显示人子宫内膜PGE和PGF2α的合成率在180分钟内随时间延长呈现指数形式下降,萘普生明显抑制PGE和PGF2α的生物合成(P<0.01),醋酸棉酚亦可抑制PGE的合成(P<0.05),但对PGF2α的作用表现为先抑制后兴奋的双相作用。
