螺旋 CT 诊断强直性脊柱炎骶髂关节病变的价值

目的：探讨螺旋C T在强直性脊柱炎骶髂关节病变诊断中的临床应用价值。方法：回顾性分析2009年9月-2013年9月入住我院的90例强直性脊柱炎骶髂关节病变患者的临床资料，患者均接受X线平片以及多层螺旋C T诊断与检查。结果：多层螺旋C T 1级、2级病变的临床检出率（26．67％、44．44％）、关节面侵蚀、关节面下骨质囊变、腰5骶1关节突病变、软组织肿胀检出率（81．11％、65．56％、36．67％、50％）明显高于X线平片（ P＜0．05）。结论：多层螺旋CT在强直性脊柱炎骶髂关节病变诊断中具有较高的临床价值，从而为临床治疗提供一定的依据。

The Value of Spiral CT in the Diagnosis of Sacroiliac Disease in Ankylosing Spondylitis

To evaluate the clinical value of spiral CT in in the diagnosis of sacroiliac disease in ankylosing spondylitis .Methods：A retrospective analysis from September 2009 to September 2013 in our hospital was carried out , 90 patients with ankylosing spondylitis and sacroiliac disease were treated with X-ray ,and multislice spiral CT diagnosis and examination .Results：Clinical detection rate by multislice CT for 1 ,2 grade lesions was 26 .67% and 44 .44% ,detec-tion rate for erosion of the articular surface ,articular surface of bone cyst ,lumbar 5 sacral 1 zygopophysis disease ,soft tissue swelling was 81 .11% ,65 .56% ,36 .67% and 50% ,was significantly higher than the X-ray （P〈0.05） .Conclu-sion：Spiral CT has a high clinical value in sacroiliac disease in ankylosing spondylitis ,thereby providing a basis for clini-cal treatment .
