| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨应用氯喹那多普罗雌烯治疗复发性真菌阴道炎的临床治疗效果。方法选取确诊复发性真菌阴道炎的200例患者，遵照知情同意自愿原则随机分为两组，均先给予强化治疗，巩固治疗中对照组使用氟康唑，观察组使用氯喹那多普罗雌烯。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为98.0%，对照组为83.8%，差异有统计学意义。结论氯喹那多普罗雌烯是治疗复发性真菌阴道炎的有效药物，值得推荐使用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore clinical effect of Chlorquindol/Promestriene Vaginal Tablets （CPVT） in the treatment of recurrent fungal vaginitis （RFV）. Methods 200 patients diagnosed with RFV, in accordance with the principle of voluntary informed consent, were randomly divided into control group and observer group. Both were first given intensive therapy, then using fluconazole for the control group in consolidation therapy while using CPVT for the observer group. Results The total treatment efficiency for the observer group was 98.0%and 83.8%for the control group. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion CPVT is effective drug for treatment of recurrent fungal vaginitis. It is recommended to use. |
