| 摘 要： | 目的：制备盐酸雷尼替丁缓释片，并评价其释药特性。方法：以不同种高分子材料作为阻滞剂，设计９个处方制备缓释片，并测定其体外释放度。结果：处方Ｒ５１ｈ释药达３２％，１２ｈ释药达８０％以上，具有较好的释药性能。结论：该制剂体外释药行为符合Ｈｉｇｕｃｈｉ方程，符合水凝胶骨架释放机理，处方Ｒ５能制备较好释药性能的缓释片。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To prepare slow - released ranitidine tablet and evaluate its drug release property. METHODS:9 formulation were designed in with different polymer and in different ratio.Tested their release respectively. RESULTS:Formulation R5 released 32% at one hour and 80% at twelve hours.Showed a good release.CONCLUSION: The behavior of the tablets followed higuchi kinetics and mechanism of the gel matrix. Formulation R5 could prepare better slow - released ranitidine tablets. |
