盐酸雷尼替丁缓释片的研制及释药性质

摘    要:目的:制备盐酸雷尼替丁缓释片,并评价其释药特性。方法:以不同种高分子材料作为阻滞剂,设计9个处方制备缓释片,并测定其体外释放度。结果:处方R51h释药达32%,12h释药达80%以上,具有较好的释药性能。结论:该制剂体外释药行为符合Higuchi方程,符合水凝胶骨架释放机理,处方R5能制备较好释药性能的缓释片。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To prepare slow - released ranitidine tablet and evaluate its drug release property. METHODS:9 formulation were designed in with different polymer and in different ratio.Tested their release respectively. RESULTS:Formulation R5 released 32% at one hour and 80% at twelve hours.Showed a good release.CONCLUSION: The behavior of the tablets followed higuchi kinetics and mechanism of the gel matrix. Formulation R5 could prepare better slow - released ranitidine tablets.
